Medbrainiac Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, enrolling in, or participating in any Medbrainiac program, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not enroll or use our services.

These Terms apply to students, parents, guardians, and any individual enrolling on behalf of a student.

2. Program Description & Educational Purpose

Medbrainiac provides physician-designed educational programs intended to introduce students to healthcare concepts, clinical thinking, and medical careers.

All Medbrainiac programs are educational in nature only and are not a substitute for formal medical education, clinical training, certification, or licensure. Participation does not qualify students to diagnose, treat, or provide medical care.

3. Eligibility & Parental Consent

Medbrainiac programs are open to students of all ages.

Students under the age of 18 may participate only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By enrolling a minor, the parent or guardian confirms responsibility for the student’s participation, supervision, and compliance with these Terms.

4. Account Access & Use of Materials

Enrollment grants access to Medbrainiac’s online training platform and materials for a single enrolled student only.

Program access may not be shared, transferred, reproduced, resold, or redistributed. Medbrainiac reserves the right to suspend or revoke access for violations of these Terms.

5. Payments, Cancellations & Refunds

At Medbrainiac, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and easy to understand.

You may cancel your enrollment within 14 days of the original purchase date for a refund, minus a $50 administrative and materials fee. This fee helps cover program setup, processing, and shipping costs.

Refund requests must be submitted within the 14-day window to be eligible. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

After 14 days, all enrollments are final and non-refundable.

Medbrainiac reserves the right to review exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis. Approval of any exception does not constitute a waiver of this policy.

6. Medical Tools & At-Home Practice Disclaimer

Medical tools included in the Medbrainiac kit are provided for educational demonstration purposes only.

Students may practice skills in a non-clinical, supervised environment and must not attempt diagnosis, treatment, or medical procedures. Medbrainiac assumes no responsibility for improper use of medical tools or unsupervised activities.

Medbrainiac offers live Google Meet sessions led by physicians as part of the educational experience.

  • Live sessions are not recorded

  • Session dates, times, and instructors are subject to change

  • Participation in live sessions is encouraged as part of program engagement
